| Bever Park, meet at Washington High School
| 6:00 PM | Summer: Usually a hill workout at Bever Park, although flat routes are available. Winter route from "Y" north on Cedar Valley Nature Trail out and back, various distance and pace groups. | | Winter | Downtown YMCA | Meet at 5:30 PM Depart at 5:45 PM

| Longer distance runs, but usually an out an back route so all distances welcome. Group run may not occur if there is an area race that morning.

| Cedar Valley Nature Trail. Out and back longer distance runs, with shorter routes available. Runners often stay for breakfast afterward.
