Washington High School Track
6:00 PM
Organized track workout with 2 mile warmup and cool down. Distance running option on the roads also available. All pace levels and walkers welcone.
 WinterDowntown YMCA
5:30 PM Out and back distance run along the Cedar River Trail.
Thursday
 Summer
Bever Park, meet at Washington High School
6:00 PM Summer: Usually a hill workout at Bever Park, although flat routes are available.

Winter route from "Y" north on Cedar Valley Nature Trail out and back, various distance and pace groups.

Saturday
 Year RoundCedar Rapids Running Wild Parking Lot
7:00 AM
Longer distance runs, but usually an out an back route so all distances welcome. Group run may not occur if there is an area race that morning.
Sunday
 

Summer

 Cedar Valley Nature Trail  8:00 AMDepart from Boyson Rd parking lot. Out and back route. All pace levels and walkers welcome.

Winter
Spring House Restaurant
 8:00AM
Cedar Valley Nature Trail. Out and back longer distance runs, with shorter routes available. Runners often stay for breakfast afterward.
