Group Training:

Walkers, Joggers, Runners – All Paces

Tuesdays:
On Tuesday evening, track workouts are at the Washington High School track at 6 pm.
Workout consistes of three phases. We start off with a 2 mile warm-up.
This is followed with 3 miles of speed work incorporating 1/4, 1/2 and 1 mile repeats.
We end with a 2 mile cool-down.

Thursdays:
On Thursday evening the group run will leave from the Nassif YMCA at 5:30 pm.
Choose your distance!

Saturdays:
If no local race is scheduled...
A group run leaves at 7:00 am. from Running Wild, 378-8020.
Choose your distance!

Sundays:
On Sunday morning the group will meet at the Cedar Valley Nature Trail at 8 am.
We will leave from Boyson road. Choose your distance!
